A selection of our high-temperature lubricants. Other lubricants are available upon request, including various brass-copper forming/press greases.
Gradislub SMAqueous, graphite-based lubricant with good adhesion to various materials. Graphite dispersion in water. Forms a uniform lubricating film after application. Specially developed for the cement, ceramic, tile, and brick industries, where high application temperatures may occur. Used for ladle gate valves and distributor gate valve systems. Increases the service life of gate valves, improves gate sliding properties, and fills cracks in refractory materials. +100 to +600 °C
Gradislub 21Water-miscible, graphite-containing tool lubricant for non-cutting hot forming of non-ferrous metals, such as hot forging, stamping, and extrusion of copper alloys. It allows free flow, produces high surface quality, and is economical to use at working temperatures up to 700 °C.
Gradislub 31Water-miscible, graphite-containing die lubricant for non-cutting hot forming of non-ferrous metals at high forming temperatures. Particularly suitable for highly complex forming operations at high temperatures. Used in hot forging, stamping, and extrusion of copper alloys. In addition to its lubricating and release properties due to its water content, Gradislub 31 also has a cooling effect on the forming tools. Its excellent wetting properties form an effective lubricating film. Operating temperatures up to 1100 °C.
